EiMAS continuously striving to strengthen capacity building programmes among DOE Staff. It aims to empower DOE staff in technical and management aspect in achieving DOE’s vision and mission.
EiMAS employs various educational approaches, such as face-to-face, online learning, hybrid learning and self-learning using a Learning Management System (LMS). The administration and oversight of the DOE staff training system are carried out through the Sistem Latihan Bersepadu (SLB), which is accessible via the Internet.
